## Founding Unicorn

The first 200 from the waitlist lock Next Big Unicorn at $390 a year, for as long as they stay subscribed. 200 of 200 places left.

## API quotas

Unicorn: 10,000 calls a month; Decacorn: 50,000 calls a month; both at most 60 a minute per account. A call is one REST request or one MCP tools/call (initialize and tools/list are free). Every answer carries RateLimit-Limit, RateLimit-Remaining and RateLimit-Reset; over the limit is a 429 with Retry-After.

## The trust policy

- **Prices before sign-up.** Monthly and yearly prices for every plan are on this page, with no account needed.
- **A reminder before any yearly renewal.** We email you 7 days before a yearly plan renews, with the date, the amount and a one-click cancel link.
- **Cancel in two clicks.** Account, then Cancel plan, then Cancel on the date it ends. The reminder's cancel link works without signing in.
- **Export on every plan.** CSV export of your watches and alerts on every plan, Scout included, and Export everything from your account.
- **Your watches kept 12 months.** Cancel or move down a plan and the watches over its limit are paused, never deleted, for 12 months. Move up again and they come back.
- **A 30-day refund.** Any payment in the last 30 days, renewals included, refunded in full from your account page. The plan ends then.
- **A failed payment holds 14 days.** Your plan holds for 14 days while the card is retried, then becomes Scout with your watches paused, not deleted.

## Questions

### Is there a free trial?

No trial, because nothing should turn into a charge by itself. Scout is free for as long as you like, and a paid plan starts only when you choose one.

### How do I cancel?

From your account page: Cancel plan, then Cancel on the date it ends. You keep the plan until then. The email we send 7 days before a yearly renewal has a cancel link that works without signing in.

### Can I get a refund?

Yes. Any payment in the last 30 days, renewals included, is refunded in full from your account page, and the plan ends then. One self-serve refund a year; write to us for anything else.

### What happens to my watches if I cancel?

They're paused, never deleted, for 12 months. Move back up and they come back. You can export them as CSV on every plan, Scout included, at any time.

### What if Next Big ends?

At least 90 days' notice, export of everything you keep in open formats until the last day, and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid time. The terms say so in full.

### Is tax included?

### What counts as an API call?

One REST request or one MCP tools/call. Connecting (initialize) and listing tools are free. Unicorn has 10,000 calls a month and Decacorn 50,000, at most 60 a minute.

### Can a team share one plan?

Decacorn has 5 seats that share its 500 watches, and more seats at $29 a month each. Every other plan is one person.
